llamas and saints

On Sundays, the main street through La Paz, the Prado, is closed down to traffic and open only to pedestrians. Families bring the young kids who can ride their bikes, folks walk dogs, people bring in Llamas and for a quarter you can take its picture. These ones are trained to be nice and don´t spit. At the end of the Prado is the Iglesia de San Francisco with a beautiful stained glass window of Saint Francis de Asisi.
